The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of channels on the TV. The staff was very helpful and respectful of our privacy. The hotel provided amenities such as a coffee machine with Starbucks pods, a fridge, and a microwave. The aircon worked well, and the wifi was free and easy to connect to. The location was great, as it was close enough to downtown and in an average neighborhood. Parking was available on-site, and there were also nearby options for dining and shopping.

The room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ceiling artwork. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the freeway and within walking distance of Occidental College. Parking was secure and there was a bus stop right outside for easy transportation.

Quick and easy check-in. Sparkling clean room. Free parking, WiFi, AC, cable, and mini-fridge. Comfy King bed. Close to Universal Studios and shopping areas.
Couldn't fault anything.
The young woman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and switched our room to the second floor when we asked about an elevator. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft, high thread count sheets. The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood with many independent restaurants and a Target nearby for convenience.
