The rooms were spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the website pictures. The hotel is conveniently located on Ventura Blvd, within walking distance of several restaurants and close to Universal Studios. It was great to have breakfast options nearby, making it easy to start our day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to request a later checkout without any issues. we were very pleased with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation options, and the hotel's convenient location near good restaurants.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ana T. at the front desk. The location was great, close to freeways and within walking distance of several restaurants and a mall. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and it was also surprisingly quiet, considering its proximity to a major boulevard and freeway. The hotel facilities, like the sitting area and pool, were clean and well-maintained. it was a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

The cleanliness of the room was spotless and we were very happy with the comfortable and cozy bed. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was within walking distance of several restaurants where we could enjoy delicious breakfasts. the hotel was very close to Universal Studios and conveniently located near everything in Sherman Oaks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
